The word YOGA means union of oneself with all that is. Through practice you experience increased self- awarness and feelings of centredness, clarity and balance in your life. Yoga is an internal practice that is unique to each individual. Whether you first come to it through asanas (postures), the philosophy or through meditation, you will be enriched with personal insights and revelations.

Yoga's aim is to create balance: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Yoga aims to bring out the best in each individual. The disciplines taught in yoga are tools to overcome the limitations that we place on ourselves.
